Brazos River, Texas, calls all $50 million 2002A-7 Dow Chemical bonds

Minneapolis, May 2 - The Brazos River Harbor Navigation District of Texas called all $50 million of its 6.625% series 2002A-7 environmental facilities revenue bonds issued for the Dow Chemical Co. Project, according to a notice.

The bonds, which are due May 15, 2033, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on May 31.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee or agent.

Dow Chemical is a Midland, Mich.-based specialty chemicals company.
