Suffolk County Water, N.Y., calls $124.15 million water system bonds

Minneapolis, April 29 - The Suffolk County Water Authority of New York plans to redeem $124.15 million of its series 2003C and 2003 (refunding) water system revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The following 2003C bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on June 1:

• $4 million of 4% bonds due June 1, 2018;

• $5 million of 4.25% bonds due June 1, 2019;

• $6 million of 4.75% bonds due June 1, 2020;

• $7 million of 4.75% bonds due June 1, 2021;

• $8 million of 4.75% bonds due June 1, 2022;

• $10 million of 4.75% bonds due June 1, 2023;

• $12 million of 4.75% bonds due June 1, 2024;

• $14 million of 4.375% bonds due June 1, 2025; and

• $14 million of 4.5% bonds due June 1, 2026.

The following 2003 refunding bonds will be redeemed at 101 plus accrued interest on June 1:

• $9,655,000 of 4% bonds due June 1, 2014;

• $10.84 million of 4% bonds due June 1, 2015;

• $11.8 million of 4.5% bonds due June 1, 2016; and

• $11,855,000 of 4.5% bonds due June 1, 2017.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the escrow agent.
