New Jersey Health Care defeases its series 2005 Greystone Park bonds

Minneapolis, April 29 - The New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority defeased its series 2005 department of human services lease revenue bonds issued for the Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital Project, according to a notice.

The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest at maturity:

• $6.66 million of 5% bonds due Sept. 15, 2013;

• $7 million of 5% bonds due Sept. 15, 2014;

• $7.36 million of 5% bonds due Sept. 15, 2015; and

• $8,135,000 of 5% bonds due Sept. 15, 2017.

The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Sept. 15, 2015:

• $7,735,000 of 5% bonds due Sept. 15, 2016;

• $8.55 million of 5% bonds due Sept. 15, 2018;

• $8.99 million of 5% bonds due Sept. 15, 2019;

• $9.45 million of 5% bonds due Sept. 15, 2020;

• $9,885,000 of 5% bonds due Sept. 15, 2021;

• $10,295,000 of 4.125% bonds due Sept. 15, 2022;

• $10,775,000 of 5% bonds due Sept. 15, 2023;

• $11.33 million of 5% bonds due Sept. 15, 2024;

• $11.91 million of 5% bonds due Sept. 15, 2025;

• $12.52 million of 5% bonds due Sept. 15, 2026;

• $13,165,000 of 5% bonds due Sept. 15, 2027; and

• $13,835,000 of 5% bonds due Sept. 15, 2028.
