Rockdale County Water and Sewerage, Ga., defeases series 2005 bonds

Minneapolis, April 24 - The Rockdale County Water and Sewerage Authority, Ga., defeased its series 2005 revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The authority will redeem its bonds due July 1, 2016 through 2027 and 2029, which were issued in an original amount of $88,855,000, at par plus accrued interest on July 1, 2015.

U.S. Bank NA is the escrow agent.
