Philadelphia's 2005B water and wastewater bonds have mandatory tender

Madison, Wis., April 19 - City of Philadelphia gave notice of a mandatory tender for its water and wastewater revenue refunding bonds, series 2005B.

The variable-rate bonds are subject to mandatory tender for purchase on May 15 at par plus accrued interest to, but excluding, the tender date.

The city originally issued $83,665,000 of the bonds due Aug. 1, 2018.

U.S. Bank NA is the tender agent.
