New Jersey Turnpike calls all 2012 E, 2003 C-1 turnpike revenue bonds

Minneapolis, April 18 - The New Jersey Turnpike Authority called all of its series 2012 E and series 2003 C-1 turnpike revenue refunding bonds, according to two notices.

The authority will redeem its 2012 E federally taxable bonds due Jan. 1, 2018 at par plus accrued interest on May 21. The bonds were issued on Sept. 20, 2012 in the amount of $150 million.

The authority will then redeem its 2003 C-1 bonds due Jan. 1, 2024 at par plus accrued interest on June 3. The bonds were issued on July 9, 2003 in the amount of $225 million.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
