Sealed Air to redeem $75.82 million of 7 7/8% senior notes due 2017

Minneapolis, April 17 - Sealed Air Corp. called $75,818,000 of its 7 7/8% senior notes due 2017 following a tender offer, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 103.938 plus accrued interest on June 15. The redemption price will be paid on June 17.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Sealed Air is an Elmwood Park, N.J.-based manufacturer of packaging and performance-based materials and equipment systems that have food, industrial, medical and consumer applications.
