New Jersey calls $38.08 million of Bayshore Community Hospital bonds

Minneapolis, April 16 - The New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority called $38,075,000 of its series 2002 revenue and refunding bonds issued for the Bayshore Community Hospital, according to a notice.

The authority will redeem $12,735,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2022 and $25.34 million of 5.125% bonds due July 1, 2032 at par plus accrued interest on May 16.

TD Bank, NA is the trustee.

Bayshore Community Hospital is in Holmdel, N.J.
