California's 2010A, 2010B Republic Services bonds have mandatory tender

Minneapolis, April 16 - The California Pollution Control Financing Authority said its series 2010A AMT and 2010B non-AMT solid waste refunding revenue bonds issued for the Republic Services, Inc. project are subject to mandatory tender.

The authority will purchase $144,205,000 of 0.6% 2010A bonds due Aug. 1, 2023 and $20,655,000 of 0.4% 2010B bonds due Aug. 1, 2024 at par on May 1, according to a notice.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee and tender agent.

Republic Services is a Phoenix-based company that provides recycling and solid waste collection and transfer and disposal services in the United States and Puerto Rico.
