Boston Properties calls all 3.75% exchangeables remaining after put

Minneapolis, April 15 - Boston Properties, Inc. called all 3.75% exchangeable senior notes due 2036 that remain after the company's put option, according to a news release.

The exchangeables will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on May 16.

As of April 15, there were $450 million of the notes outstanding.

The real estate investment trust is based in Boston.
