Massachusetts DOT's 2010 highway system bonds have mandatory tender

Minneapolis, April 9 - The Massachusetts Department of Transportation said its 2010 series A-1 and A-2 variable-rate demand metropolitan highway system revenue subordinated bonds are subject to mandatory tender for purchase, according to two releases.

The bonds will be purchased at par plus accrued interest on April 23.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
