Oklahoma City Water defeases $113.8 million of water & sewer bonds

Minneapolis, April 4 - The Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust defeased $113.8 million of its series 2004 and 2008 water and sewer system revenue bonds, according to two notices.

The trust will redeem $3.54 million of series 2004 bonds due July 1, 2013 and 2014 at maturity and $63.24 million of bonds due July 1, 2015 through 2024, 2029 and 2034 on July 1, 2014.

It will also redeem $1.47 million of series 2008 bonds due July 1, 2013 and 2014 at maturity and $45.55 million of bonds due July 1, 2015 through 2018, 2023, 2028 and 2038 on July 1, 2014.

The bonds will be redeemed at par.
