Reddy Ice calls all $234.62 million of 11¼% senior secured notes

Minneapolis, April 3 - Reddy Ice Corp. called all $234,619,000 of its 11¼% senior secured notes due 2015, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 105.625 plus accrued interest on May 1.

Wells Fargo Bank NA is the trustee and paying agent.

Reddy Ice is a Dallas-based manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice products.
