Detroit public schools calls $476.8 million school building bonds

Minneapolis, April 2 - The School District of the City of Detroit called $476.8 million of its series 2002A and 2003B school building and site improvement unlimited tax general obligation bonds, according to two notices.

The district will redeem $231.05 million of its series 2002A bonds at par plus the applicable premium and $245.75 million of its series 2003B bonds at par plus accrued interest on May 1.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee agent.
