Meritage Homes to redeem remaining 7.731% notes on April 12

Madison, Wis., March 15 - Meritage Homes Corp. gave notice that it will redeem its $83,125,000 of outstanding 7.731% senior subordinated notes due 2017 on April 12.

The notes will be redeemed at 102.9.

The company announced on Wednesday that it received early tenders for $16.7 million of its $99,825,000 of 7.731% notes in the tender offer that began on Feb. 27. The company also said it planned to redeem any remaining notes after the offer closes on March 26.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the redemption agent.
