Colorado defeases $21.24 million of 2005B University of Denver bonds

Minneapolis, March 12 - The Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority defeased $21.24 million of its series 2005B University of Denver Project revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on March 1, 2016.

UMB Bank, NA is the trustee.
