Integra Telecom to redeem all $475 million of 10¾% notes due 2016

Minneapolis, Feb. 25 - Integra Telecom Holdings, Inc. plans to redeem all $475 million of its 10¾% senior secured notes due 2016, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest and the applicable premium on March 4.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Integra Telecom is a Portland, Ore., fiber-based telecommunications carrier.
