New York State Urban calls $534.16 million of personal income tax bonds

Minneapolis, Feb. 13 - The New York State Urban Development Corp. called $463.24 million of its state personal income tax revenue bonds (state facilities and equipment) bonds and $70,915,000 personal income tax revenue bonds, according to multiple releases.

The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus applicable premium on March 15:

• $184.43 million of series 2003B bonds due March 15, 2014 through 2025, 2029 and 2033;

• $278.81 million of series 2002C-1 bonds due March 15, 2014 through 2025, 2028 and 2033; and

• $70,915,000 of FGIC-transferrable custodial receipts related to its series C personal income tax revenue bonds.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee or agent for the series 2003B bonds and 2002C-1 bonds. U.S. Bank NA is the custodian for the series C bonds.
