Illinois to convert, tender Northwestern's $50 million 2008-B bonds

Minneapolis, Feb. 8 - Illinois Finance Authority plans to convert all $50 million of its series 2008-B adjustable-rate revenue bonds on March 1, according to a notice.

The bonds, which were issued for Northwestern University, are subject to mandatory tender for purchase at par plus accrued interest on the conversion date.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

Northwestern University is a private research university with campuses in Evanston and Chicago, Ill.
