DuPage Water, Ill., defeases $50.38 million series 2003 bonds

Minneapolis, Feb. 5 - The DuPage Water Commission of Illinois defeased $50,375,000 of its series 2003 bonds, according to a notice.

The following bonds were defeased:

• $11,645,000 of bonds due May 1, 2013;

• $12,255,000 of bonds due May 1, 2014;

• $12.9 million of bonds due May 1, 2015; and

• $13,575,000 of bonds due May 1, 2016.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee or agent.
