Kent Hospital, Mich., calls $74.9 million Spectrum Health bonds

Minneapolis, Dec. 12 - The Kent Hospital Finance Authority of Michigan called $74.9 million of its series 2008A-2 revenue bonds issued for the Spectrum Health System, according to two notices.

The authority will redeem $39.9 million of 5.25% bonds due Jan. 15, 2047 and $35 million of 4.25% bonds also due Jan. 15, 2047.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 15.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee or agent.
