Port Authority of New York, New Jersey calls $355.29 million of bonds

Minneapolis, Dec. 11 - The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is exercising its right to call $120.18 million of its consolidated bonds, 133rd series, and $235.11 million of 134th series, according to two notices.

The following 133rd series bonds will be redeemed at 101 plus accrued interest on Jan. 15:

• $16 million of 3.6% bonds due July 15, 2014;

• $16 million of 3.75% bonds due July 15, 2015;

• $16 million of 3.875% bonds due July 15, 2016;

• $8 million of 4% bonds due July 15, 2017;

• $16 million of 4.1% bonds due July 15, 2018;

• $16.06 million of 4.2% bonds due July 15, 2019;

• $16.06 million of 4.3% bonds due July 15, 2020; and

• $16.06 million of 4.4% bonds due Jan. 15, 2021.

The following 134th series bonds will be redeemed at 101 plus accrued interest on Jan. 15:

• $3.47 million of 4% bonds due July 15, 2014;

• $3,655,000 of 4% bonds due July 15, 2015;

• $3,855,000 of 4% bonds due July 15, 2016;

• $3.2 million of 4% bonds due July 15, 2017;

• $4,285,000 of 4% bonds due July 15, 2018;

• $3.49 million of 4% bonds due July 15, 2019;

• $7.51 million of 5% bonds due July 15, 2020;

• $9,215,000 of 5% bonds due July 15, 2021;

• $9.52 million of 5% bonds due July 15, 2022;

• $10,255,000 of 5% bonds due July 15, 2023;

• $9.82 million of 5% bonds due July 15, 2024;

• $12.42 million of 5% bonds due July 15, 2025;

• $13.05 million of 5% bonds due July 15, 2026;

• $43,515,000 of 4.5% bonds due July 15, 2029;

• $42,215,000 of 5% bonds due July 15, 2034; and

• $54,635,000 of 5% bonds due July 15, 2039.
