Flint Energy to redeem C$174.9 million 7½% senior notes on Dec. 27

Minneapolis, Dec. 6 - Flint Energy Services Ltd. announced the redemption date for its C$174.9 million of 7½% senior notes due 2019, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Dec. 27.

Flint Energy is a Calgary, Alta.-based provider of services for the oil and gas, infrastructure and power industries.
