Baltimore calls nine series of Mayor, City Council water project bonds

Minneapolis, Dec. 4 - The City of Baltimore, Md., called nine series of its Mayor and City Council of Baltimore water projects and wastewater projects revenue bonds, according to multiple notices.

The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date:

• $54.86 million of 2002A wastewater bonds due July 1, 2017 through 2021, 2023, 2027, 2032 and 2042;

• $103,305,000 million of 2002A water bonds due July 1, 2017 through 2021, 2023, 2027, 2032 and 2042;

• $15.7 million of 2002B wastewater auction-rate notes due July 1, 2032;

• $28.1 million of 2002C water subordinate-lien auction-rate notes due July 1, 2037;

• $25.3 million of 2002C wastewater subordinate-lien auction-rate notes due July 1, 2032;

• $6,035,000 of 2003A wastewater bonds due July 1, 2023 through 2025;

• $12,835,000 of 2003A water bonds due July 1, 2028;

• $17.1 million of 2004A wastewater auction-rate notes due July 1, 2034; and

• $44 million of 2004B water auction-rate notes due July 1, 2034.

The 2002A and 2003A bonds will be redeemed on Jan. 2, the 2002C water and 2004A wastewater bonds will be redeemed on Dec. 18, the 2002C wastewater bonds will be redeemed on Dec. 23, and the 2002B and 2004B bonds will be redeemed on Dec. 20.
