Indiana Municipal Power gives refunding notice for 2009 series B bonds

Minneapolis, Nov. 26 - The Indiana Municipal Power Agency issued a notice of refunding for its 2009 series B power supply system revenue bonds.

The bonds, which were originally issued in the amount of $194.4 million, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
