California Infrastructure's museum revenue bonds have mandatory tender

Madison, Wis. Nov. 21 - California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank gave notice that its California Academy of Sciences revenue bonds, series 2008A, 2008B, 2008C, 2008D and 2008F, are subject to mandatory tender for purchase on Dec. 2.

The bonds will be purchased at par plus accrued interest to the mandatory tender date.

The following outstanding bonds are to be tendered: $93.36 million of 2008A bonds, $60.01 million of 2008B bonds, $44,465,000 of 2008C bonds, $34,425,000 of 2008D bonds and $24,595,000 of 2008F bonds.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

California Academy of Sciences is a natural history museum in San Francisco.

The infrastructure bank is based in Sacramento.
