Long Island Power, N.Y., offers bondholders chance to amend tenders

Minneapolis, Nov. 20 - The Long Island Power Authority of New York is giving bondholders the opportunity to amend their tenders for various current interest bonds, according to a notice.

The following are being offered:

• Series 2003C bonds at a purchase price of $1,100 per $1,000 principal amount;

• Series 2006A bonds at purchase prices ranging from $1,050 to $1,119.39 per $1,000 principal amount;

• Series 2006B bonds at a purchase price of $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount;

• Series 2006C bonds at a purchase price of $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount;

• Series 2006D bonds at purchase prices ranging from $1,095 to $1,105 per $1,000 principal amount;

• Series 2006E bonds at purchase prices ranging from $1,100 to $1,115 per $1,000 principal amount;

• Series 2006F bonds at purchase prices ranging from $958.58 to $1,105 per $1,000 principal amount;

• Series 2008A bonds at purchase prices ranging from $1,100 to $1,130 per $1,000 principal amount;

• Series 2008B bonds at purchase prices ranging from $1,110 to $1,120 per $1,000 principal amount;

• Series 2009A bonds at purchase prices ranging from $1,083.43 to $1,185 per $1,000 principal amount;

• Series 2011A bonds at a purchase price of $1,011 per $1,000 principal amount; and

• Series 20012B bonds at purchase prices ranging from $1,043.75 to $1,120 per $1,000 principal amount.
