Battalion CLO intends to redeem $161.42 million of notes in six series

Minneapolis, Nov. 13 - Battalion CLO II Ltd. and Battalion CLO II, LLC called $161,421,106.74 of their notes, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed on Dec. 30:

• $11,671,106.74 of class A-1 notes due 2019;

• $50 million of class A-2 notes due 2019;

• $29 million of class B notes due 2019;

• $18 million of class C notes due 2019;

• $15.5 million of class D notes due 2019; and

• $37.25 million of subordinated notes due 2019.

The redemption price for the secured notes will be 100% of the outstanding amount plus accrued interest.

The redemption price for each subordinated note will be its pro rata share of the proceeds of the remaining assets.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.
