American Axle to redeem 9¼% senior secured notes via new offering

Minneapolis, Nov. 5 - American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. plans to redeem any and all of its outstanding 9¼% senior secured notes due 2017 with the proceeds from a new offering, according to a notice.

American Axle is a Detroit-based producer of driveline and drivetrain systems and related components and chassis modules for the automotive industry.
