Illinois Educational calls $185 million Northwestern University bonds

Minneapolis, Oct. 30 - The Illinois Educational Facilities Authority plans to redeem all $185.01 million of its series 2003 revenue bonds issued for Northwestern University, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Dec. 1:
• $3.47 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2014;
• $3.7 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2015;
• $4.04 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2016;
• $4,255,000 of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2017;
• $4.56 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2018;
• $4.85 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2019;
• $5,335,000 of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2020;
• $4.8 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2021;
• $21.98 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2033; and
• $128.02 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2038.
U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
Northwestern University is a private research university with campuses in Evanston, Ill., and Chicago.
