Battery Park City, N.Y., calls $605.73 million junior revenue bonds

Madison, Wis., Oct. 25 - Battery Park City Authority of New York gave notice that it will redeem in full several series of its outstanding auction-rate securities.

The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest:

• $75 million series 2003B-1 junior revenue bonds due Nov. 1, 2039, to be redeemed on Nov. 29;

• $75 million series 2003B-2 junior revenue bonds due Nov. 1, 2039, to be redeemed on Nov. 29;

• $85 million series 2003B-3 junior revenue bonds due Nov. 1, 2039, to be redeemed on Nov. 29;

• $100 million series 2003C-1 junior revenue bonds due Nov. 1, 2031, to be redeemed on Nov. 29;

• $68.7 million series 2003C-2 junior revenue bonds due Nov. 1, 2031, to be redeemed on Dec. 5;

• $67.35 million series 2003C-3 junior revenue bonds due Nov. 1, 2031, to be redeemed on Dec. 12;

• $67.35 million series 2003C-4 junior revenue bonds due Nov. 1, 2031, to be redeemed on Dec. 19; and

• $67,325,000 series 2003C-5 junior revenue bonds due Nov. 1, 2031, to be redeemed on Dec. 26

As previously reported by Prospect News, the authority issued a redemption notice on Wednesday for its $319,435,000 of outstanding series 2003A senior revenue bonds. The 2003A senior revenue bonds will be redeemed on Nov. 22 at par.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee agent for the redemptions.
