Seminole Tribe of Florida calls $367.39 million gaming division bonds

Minneapolis, Oct. 22 - The Seminole Tribe of Florida called $367,385,000 of its series 2010 gaming division bonds, according to two notices.
The tribe will redeem $37,385,000 of its 5.125% series 2010A tax-exempt bonds due Oct. 1, 2017. The bonds will be redeemed at 103.75 plus accrued interest on Nov. 20.
It will also redeem $330 million of its 7.75% series 2010B taxable bonds due Oct. 1, 2017. The bonds will be redeemed at 105.813 plus accrued interest, also on Nov. 20.
U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
Seminole Tribe of Florida is located in Hollywood, Fla.
