ITV retires all £135 million of 4% convertibles due 2016 on Monday

Chicago, Oct. 21 - ITV plc said it redeemed all of its outstanding 4% convertible bonds due 2016 on Monday.

The company said on Sept. 20 that it planned to exercise its right to redeem the remaining £61.9 million of the convertibles.

The London-based media company issued £135 million of the convertibles in November 2009.
