Avcorp Industries to redeem all of its series A first preferred shares

Minneapolis, Oct. 11 - Avcorp Industries Inc. plans to redeem all of its series A first preferred shares in its capital stock, according to a press release.

The shares will be redeemed on Nov. 14.

Based in Vancouver, B.C., Avcorp builds major airframe structures used by aircraft companies.
