Hawaii Budget and Finance calls $66.37 million 2003A Kahala Nui bonds

Minneapolis, Oct. 8 - The State of Hawaii Department of Budget and Finance called $66.37 million of its series 2003A special purpose revenue bonds issued for the Kahala Nui Project, according to a notice.

The following bonds will be redeemed at 102 plus accrued interest on Nov. 15:

• $5.99 million of 7.4% bonds due Nov. 15, 2017;

• $13,045,000 of 7.875% bonds due Nov. 15, 2023; and

• $47,335,000 of 8% bonds due Nov. 15, 2033.

Based in Honolulu, Kahala Nui constructs and operates senior living facilities.
