General Donlee to redeem all 7% convertibles after change of control

New York, Oct. 8 - General Donlee Canada Inc. announced it will redeem any 7% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures due June 30, 2014 that remain outstanding following its previously announced change-of-control offer.

As previously reported, the offer is a result of the acquisition of General Donlee by a wholly owned subsidiary of Triumph Group, Inc., and the purchase price will be 101 plus accrued interest.

Settlement for the change-of-control offer is expected on Nov. 11.

The redemption will occur on Nov. 12 at par plus accrued interest.

Computershare Trust Co. of Canada (800 564-6253) is the trustee.

General Donlee is a Toronto-based precision machining manufacturer.
