Indiana Municipal Power moves $64.65 million redemption to Jan. 1

Kansas City, Kan., Jan. 2 - Indiana Municipal Power Agency amended the date for redemption of all $64,645,000 of its series 2002B power supply system revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The company moved the redemption date to Jan. 1, 2013 from Jan. 2, 2013. The price remains at par plus applicable premium.

The following bonds are affected:

• $4,125,000 of 5.25% bonds due Jan. 1, 2014;

• $4.44 million of 5.25% bonds due Jan. 1, 2015;

• $4.67 million of 5.25% bonds due Jan. 1, 2016;

• $4.95 million of 5.25% bonds due Jan. 1, 2017;

• $5,205,000 of 5.25% bonds due Jan. 1, 2018;

• $5.48 million of 5.25% bonds due Jan. 1, 2019;

• $3.9 million of 5.25% bonds due Jan. 1, 2020; and

• $31,785,000 of 5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2028.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
