Tempe, Ariz. calls $2.37 million of transit excise tax revenue bonds

Kansas City, Kan., June 4 - The City of Tempe, Ariz., will redeem portions of its series 2006 and 2007 variable-rate demand transit excise tax revenue obligations, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed on July 1 at par, plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The following bonds are affected:

• $1.32 million of variable-rate series 2006 bonds due July 1, 2036; and

• $1,045,000 of variable-rate series 2007 bonds due July 1, 2037.
