Costa Brava seeks to have its principals elected to Telos Corp., requests special stockholders' meeting

Charlotte, N.C., March 5 - Shareholder Costa Brava Partnership III, LP notified Telos Corp. of its intention to nominate Andrew R. Siegel and Seth W. Hamot to the company's board of directors as class D directors.

Siegel and Hamot are both principals of Costa Brava, which, along with its affiliates, owns 506,811 shares, or 15.9% of the Ashburn, Va., IT solutions and services provider.

Costa Brava is also requesting Telos call a special stockholders' meeting for the election under the company's charter, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
