Telogy posts $191,868 EBITDA for month ended May 18

Pittsburgh, June 26 - Telogy Inc. recorded $191,868 in EBITDA for the month ended May 18 on revenue of $2.39 million, according to its monthly operating report filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.

The company reported $1.07 million in EBITDA for March on revenues of $4.51 million.

The net loss for the month ended May 18 was $631,250, compared with a $4.41 million net loss for March.

Cash and cash equivalents at May 18 were $3.8 million, compared with $3.99 million at the end of March.

Telogy, a Union City, Calif.-based electronics testing company, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 29, 2005. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-49371.
