Telepak $325 million credit facility to launch Thursday

New York, April 5 - Telepak is scheduled to hold a bank meeting on Thursday for a proposed $325 million credit facility, according to a market source. Bank of America is the lead bank on the deal.

Of the total size, $175 million will be institutional paper, the source added.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.
