Moody's could lower Telenet

Moody's Investors Service said it placed all ratings of Telenet Group Holding NV under review for downgrade.

Moody's said the review follows the announcement that Liberty Global Inc. and LGI Merger Subs, certain direct or indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Global, entered into a merger agreement with Virgin Media pursuant to which Virgin Media agreed to be acquired by Liberty Global and merge into one of the LGI Merger Subs.
