Telenet talks €300 million 10-year notes at Euribor plus 400 bps rate

Portland, Ore., June 7 - Telenet Finance IV Luxembourg talked its €300 million offering of 10-year senior secured floating-rate notes with an interest rate in the Euribor plus 400 basis points area on Tuesday, according to market sources.

The order books are set to close at 4 a.m. ET on Wednesday.

JPMorgan and Credit Suisse are the managers.

Proceeds from the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes will be used to repay bank debt.

Telenet is a Mechelen, Belgium-based cable television operator.
