Telefonica plans to sell euro-denominated securities due 2027, 2032

New York, May 13 – Telefonica SA was offering two tranches of euro-denominated unsecured securities due 2027 and 2032, according to a notice filed with the London Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

The notes are being issued by wholly owned subsidiary Telefonica Emisiones SAU.

Ten bookrunners are involved including Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Banco de Sabadell SA, Barclays Bank Ireland plc, Bayerische Landesbank, Credit Suisse International, Goldman Sachs International, Mediobanca – Banca di Creditor Finanziario SpA, Merrill Lynch International, Natixis and UBS Europe SA.

The telecommunications group is based in Madrid.
