Ericsson talks 4.5-year green bond in mid-swaps plus 265 bps area

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 22 – Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson plans to issue a €500 million no-grow 4.5-year green bond (ISIN: XS2725836410), according to a press release.

The bond is being talked in the mid-swaps plus 265 basis points area.

Citi, Credit Agricole CIB, Danske Bank, Deutsche Bank and SEB are the bookrunners.

Ericsson is a Stockholm-based supplier of mobile systems.
