Teleflex redeems $250 million 5¼% notes due 2024 at 102.625

Los Angeles, Nov. 21 – Teleflex Inc. redeemed $250 million of its 5¼% senior notes due 2024, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were redeemed at 102.625 plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

The company used borrowings under its revolving credit agreement and cash on hand to fund the redemption.

Teleflex is a Wayne, Pa.-based provider of medical technologies.
