Teleflex to price $500 million 10-year notes in Thursday drive-by

Portland, Ore., Nov. 16 – Teleflex Inc. plans to price a $500 million offering of 10-year notes in a quick-to-market Thursday trade, according to a market source.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch and PNC Capital Markets LLC are the joint bookrunners for the public offering.

Citizens Capital Markets, DNB Markets, HSBC Securities, MUFG, SMBC Nikko and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the senior co-managers.

Capital One Securities, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Fifth Third Securities U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. and Guggenheim Securities are the co-managers.

The notes come with five years of call protection.

The Wayne, Pa.-based provider of medical technologies plans to use the proceeds to repay $491.2 million under its revolving credit facility.
