Moody's assigns Teleflex notes Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba3 rating to Teleflex Inc.'s new senior unsecured note offering.

At the same time, the agency changed Teleflex's speculative grade liquidity rating to SGL-2 from SGL-3 and raised the outlook to positive from stable.

Teleflex's existing debt ratings, including its Ba3 corporate family rating were affirmed.

"Teleflex's liquidity profile improves with the refinancing of revolver borrowings and the repatriation of overseas cash," Moody's senior credit officer Diana Lee said in a news release.
