New York, Jan. 12 - Telecomm Sales Network, Inc. said it has finished a private placement of stock for $8.5 million.
The company sold 4.25 million shares at $2.00 each.
The offering was completed upon the closing of Telecomm's acquisition of EnviroSystems, Inc.
Based in Raleigh, N.C., Telecomm develops sales channel and marketing support services for telecommunications companies.
