Telecom Italia to offer euro notes due 2025 via six dealers

Chicago, April 9 – Telecom Italia SpA intends to sell euro-denominated benchmark notes due April 15, 2025, according to a press release.

Banca IMI, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BofA Merrill Lynch, Mediobanca SpA, Societe Generale and Unicredit Capital Markets LLC are the stabilizing managers.

The notes are expected to have a stabilization period from April 9 through May 15.

Telecom Italia is a Rome-based telecommunications company.
